Refunds/Exchanges/Returns

At Ko's Kloset, we take pride in offering our Kuties high-quality products and exceptional service. Our return policy, effective since 08/15/2022, is designed to prioritize your satisfaction.

Return Policy:

We accept returns for store credit on items that are unworn, unused, and undamaged, submitted within 3 days of delivery. Please note that we do not offer exchanges or refunds. To initiate a return, please visit our online returns portal within 3 days of receiving your order. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and shipping fees are non-refundable.

Return Process:

  1. Submit your return request through our online portal. Once approved, you’ll receive an email with return instructions. Remember, only items in their original condition are eligible for return.

  2. Upon receipt of the returned item, we will inspect it for any wear or damage. If the item shows signs of wear, we reserve the right to deny the return.

  3. If your return is approved, you’ll receive store credit via email within 5-7 business days.

Important Notes:

  • All return requests must be submitted through our online portal.
  • All returns, including local ones, must be mailed—no exceptions.

Order Cancellation Policy:

Once an order is placed and payment is completed, it cannot be modified or canceled, including the application of coupon codes.

Final Sale Items:

The following are final sale and ineligible for return: accessories, bodysuits, single-pair leggings/biker shorts, mystery boxes, bundled items, clearance items, and items discounted by more than 25%. Items returned without completing the return process will be refused.

Black Friday/Cyber Monday Sales:
All sales on these days are final.

Defective Items:

If you receive a defective item, please email info@koskloset.com (no DMs) within 48 hours, including a photo of the defect and your order details. We will not accept returns for items reported after this period.

Missing Item:

For missing items, email info@koskloset.com (no DMs) within 48 hours of delivery. We will respond within 48-72 hours to provide tracking details or, if necessary, store credit or a refund.

Order Not Delivered or Returned to Sender:

If your order is returned as undeliverable, we cannot issue a refund. You may request re-shipment, with all associated shipping fees covered by you. Please verify your address before placing an order.
