Shipping policy
All orders will be shipped within 3-5 business days once the order is approved. Orders placed on weekends and holidays will be processed on the next business day. Please note that during the holiday season, there may be delays in shipping. We use reliable carriers such as UPS, USPS Standard Mail (First Class), Priority Mail, or Priority Mail Express to ship your orders.

- UPS 1-2 Day & USPS Priority Mail Express: $35 (Estimated delivery in 1-2 business days)
- UPS: $9.00 (Estimated delivery in 3-5 business days)
- FREE SHIPPING ON ALL U.S. ORDERS OVER $100 (Effective as of 11/11/21)
Lost or Stolen Packages:
Ko's Kloset cannot be held responsible for any lost, stolen, delayed, or misdelivered packages, including those with incorrect shipping addresses. Please ensure that your shipping information is accurate to avoid delays in the delivery of your order. If your tracking number indicates that your order was delivered but you have not received it, kindly contact USPS or UPS directly. Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do in such cases. Any issues with lost, stolen, or damaged packages must be reported as a claim to USPS at usps.com or UPS at ups.com. Ko's Kloset does not accept responsibility for delivery delays caused by lost, stolen, or unclaimed packages.
Returned Packages:
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable and requires re-shipment, the cost will be borne by the customer. We will send an invoice to the customer via email, which must be paid before re-shipping can occur. This policy applies without exceptions.
